Can the Jeeps go off-road?


No, our Jeeps are non-altered Jeeps, but we are happy to show you approved roads on a map that would be a blast for you and your family and give you a great Montana Jeeping experience!




Can you bring the Jeep to our location?


Yes, we can deliver to your location (EXCLUDES AIRPORT).




Is airport pick-up and drop-off available?


We are currently not offering pick-up and drop-off. Please call for more infiormation. We also have a list of taxi services which could provide that for you. Glacier Taxi at 406-250-3603 or Big D's Taxi at 406-892-3390. Uber is here but seems to be limited availability.




Are you near East Glacier?


No, we are 1.5 hours from East Glacier.




Are you near West Glacier?


Yes! 18 miles, 20-30 minutes.




Are you near Whitefish?


Yes, 10 miles 10-20 minutes, depending on where you are.




Where exactly are you located?


We are located at 420 9th Street West, Columbia Falls, MT 59912.

Do you have hard tops or soft tops?


Yes, both options are available. Call for special requests.




Are your Jeeps automatic or standard?


All of our Jeeps are automatic.




What is your cancellation policy?


For all rentals that are canceled prior to 7 days of the rental date, a full refund will be given, less a 5% processing fee on the total rental amount. Inside of the 7 days prior to the scheduled pickup time, a refund of 50% will be given less a 5% processing fee on the totals rental cost. If cancellation occurs within 24hours or the day of the rental, there is no refund. Refunds are not provided due to weather.




What is a rental day? How do you charge?


We charge only by the day and not by the hour. Our daily billing window is from 9am-8pm. For example, if you are picking up on a Saturday and you will be returning on a Wednesday, the billing would be 5 days. Any pickup or delivery within that time window constitutes a daily charge. There are times when flights coming into our airport arrive very late in the evening or depart very early in the morning. We do make exceptions in this case. If your travel arrangements have you arriving or departing either early in the morning or very late in the evening, please give us a call at 406-314-5337 or email at info@glacierjeeprentals.com we will make every effort to accommodate.




What is required to rent a jeep?


In order to rent a jeep you will need a valid driver’s license and must be 21 years of age or older. You will also need proof of full-coverage auto insurance from your primary vehicle (Collision, Comprehensive & Liability) and a major credit card for rental charges and deposit. To speed things up a bit, you could email a copy of your proof of insurance and driver’s license to info@glacierjeeprentals.com




Do you allow dogs?


We love dogs! If you have one you can bring him or her, but the vehicle will need to be returned free of any evidence that your furry companion was in the car. This means that any hair, dirt, remnants of any kind or odor needs to be taken care of before it is returned. If not, there will be a minimum of a $50 cleaning fee depending on how much cleaning needs to be done. If we are not able to rent the vehicle out to the next guest, you may be charged an additional rental day. We want to make sure the vehicle is in as good a condition as when you got it for the next person.
